We Loved our stay at the Fireside Inn in the Oak Room. We can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms. We felt so relaxed here. We loved the fireplace. It was grey, windy and misty out, so the cabin was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the updated appliances and tv. Made our stay feel like home. The town is also walking distance. We can get everywhere we needed on foot. Plus we loved the double doors. The entrance door and patio back door.
I can’t even begin to convey how happy I am that we booked this hotel. First of all, my partner and I are hiking the PCT, and we had just finished a grueling week of crazy weather, so we were willing to take any hotel we could find. When we arrived at the room, we were super pleasantly surprised that it was a cabin with a kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. Long story short, our one night turned into 4, spanning over 2 rooms, the Oak and the Manzanilla, and I’m so extremely in love with both. I will be making a special trip in the future…probably later this year. Thank you for the service, the rooms, and all our annoying requests. It was WONDERFUL.
The Fireside Inn is in a great location just on the edge of town. Walkable to everything! My pup and I stayed in Ponderosa and we had a chair outside with a view of Tahquitz. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great. Small kitchenette and the rooms are dog friendly. The only downside is the room had a very dark cabin feel, other than that loved it!
I booked the property on its location, which is fantastic, but was so happy to find it looking just like its pictures! We (my husky) and I stayed in the adorable Piñon room. It has everything you need for a short stay in the mountains. Quiet comfort. Bed was great! I brought my dog’s bed so he would be comfortable as well! Great stay!
Needed a last minute spot and I lucked out with Fireside. Mike was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in the Sequoia cabin and it exceeded our expectation. Felt like a home away from home and the loft was next level. Overall, would come back and will be recommending to friends. Overall 10/10 so stoked.
